5 January 2016

Midfielder heads back to parent Club following expiration of loan

Midfielder Adam King has returned to parent club Swansea City after his six-month Crewe Alexandra loan expired today.

Boss Steve Davis had expressed his desire to keep the 20-year-old, but The Swans have decided to take the player back to South Wales.

King joined The Alex in July, featuring in the full pre-season programme before going on to become a regular in the side.

In total, King made a total of 26 appearances for The Alex, 24 in the starting XI, scoring five goals.

We would like to place on record our thanks to Adam for his contributions over the past six months and wish him well for the future.
