Winger pens new Alex dealCrewe Alexandra Academy product George Cooper has penned a new 18-month contract at the Club, with the option of a further year.
The 19-year-old's previous deal was due to expire in the summer and Manager Steve Davis has moved to tie the winger down until at least summer 2017.
Cooper stormed onto the scene in October 2014 as a 17-year-old, scoring the winner against Coventry with a breathtaking free-kick.
He continued to impress throughout the remainder of 2014-15, making a total of 25 appearances and scoring crucial goals in 1-1 draws with Crawley and Preston.
The Warrington-lad has made 14 appearances so far this season but has yet to find the back of the net.
Everyone at Crewe Alexandra would like to congratulate George on his new deal.
