Steve says on-loan winger keen to extend his loan spell.
Steve Davis has revealed to the club’s official web-site that he has held positive talks with Chelsea Football Club in relation to winger Alex Kiwomya remaining with us until the end of the season. Kiwomya’s initial loan spell with the club ends in January and the Crewe boss is eager for the winger to remain for the second half of the season.
Steve told the club’s official web-site: “I have had a conservation with Chelsea and it was all positive feedback.
“Hopefully, we can do something to make sure we secure Alex for the next part of the season. It has all been positive with him. It is important that Alex is enjoying his football and we continue to create the environment for him to do that. He is keen to stay.
“He is happy and settled here. His family is settled here and we are creating the right place for him to develop his football.”
