Crewe Alexandra manager Steve Davis says he will roll his sleeves up and work even harder to turn our recent results around.
The Alex boss was hugely disappointed to have exited the FA Cup to Cheltenham Town and then to lose 4-0 to Colchester United last weekend with the Railwaymen unable to build on a fine 2-1 win over Morecambe on 22nd November.
Steve told the club’s official web-site: “When things are not going your way, you have to find a way. You have to roll your sleeves up and work even harder out on the training ground.
“Any manager will tell you that you have to keep pushing and working hard. You have to work has hard as you possibly can and work at things. That is what we will do.
“You can practice all week and work on things like your set-plays, but then mistakes can be made in the game. You have to deal with different situations and deal with ups and downs all the time in sport.”
