Crewe Squad Boost Ahead Of Oldham

22 April 2016

Inman, LDV and Davis all training and hoping for inclusion.

Crewe Alexandra boss Steve Davis is hoping to have Brad Inman, Harry Davis and Lauri Dalla Valle fit and available for selection for the club’s trip to Oldham Athletic this weekend. Inman has been struggling for the last few weeks with an ankle injury, whilst Davis and Dalla Valle have been struggling with illness. Youngster Perry Ng has also been ill and is unlikely to feature at Boundary Park.

Steve told crewealex.net: “The squad is virtually at full strength again. It is coming together at the end and we have around 19,20 players to choose from.

“Brad has not really trained that much over the last few weeks because of his ankle, so we will have to see how he trains today before we consider him for selection.

“Lauri has been ill but he is feeling better and he will train and Harry was on the bench on Tuesday.

“We want to win the game and build some momentum, so we have a decent squad where we can call one or two off the bench if we need to change it or freshen things up.”
