Charity match against Northern Ireland supportersCrewe Alex fans will take on Northern Ireland supporters in their first ever 'international' on Sunday.
The Motley Crewe will take on the Ireland team at Sir William Stanier Community School, Coronation Street, at 11:45am and will be in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.
The match has been arranged as the Northern Ireland fans will be in South Cheshire for their team's friendly against Qatar at Gresty Road at 5pm the same day.
One of the organisers Warren Scoffin said: "We were approached by the Northern Ireland fans team for a afternoon game before the 5pm international kick off.
"Both sets of fans are looking forward to the game. We are holding the game as a charity event for Macmillan and there will be a bucket collection.
"Everyone is welcome to come down and watch and help us raise some money for a very good cause."
Northern Ireland are taking on 2022 World Cup hosts Qatar in a senior international friendly at Gresty Road as part of their preparations for their Euro 2016 qualifier against Romania next month.
Manager Michael O’Neill said: “This match will help us retain our focus as a squad into June as we prepare for the crucial Euro match against Romania.”
Tickets are priced at £5 for adults, £5 for concessions and £1 for juniors.
