Easy access to the Alexandra Stadium for our disabled supporters.

For the club’s disabled supporters there is convenient access and car parking at the Alexandra Stadium.

The price of a season ticket for our disabled supporters is now £225 and that includes a free season ticket for their carers if seated in the designated disabled areas in the Main Stand, Family Stand or Gresty Road End of the Alexandra Stadium.

Season ticket holders receive a 10% discount on all club shop purchases and receive priority booking on cup tickets.

PARKING AND ACCESS

65 places allocated onsite for wheelchair users. Generally level access with some ramps to specific areas. Car Park access situated 50 metres from the Alexandra Stadium.

PLACES AND POSITIONS

Wheelchair supporters:

84 places in total. Home fans are seated in the East, West and South stands at pitch level. Away fans are seated in the North Stand. Seating is covered and helpers are seated adjacent or behind.

70 wheelchair bay in home areas and a further 14 for away end. We can also accommodate family groups.

Visually impaired supporters:

Arrangements made as required. All positions covered with adjacent seating for carers. Hospital radio provides commentary.

Handsets and receivers 6 in home areas.

Ambulant disabled supporters:

50 seats available for home and away supporters.

Arrangements made as required. Fans are seated at pitch level near the wheelchair area for easy access. All seating is covered and adjacent seating is provided for helpers.

TOILETS & CATERING

14 adapted toilets with alarm cords in the concourse areas behind stands. Catering facilities are in close proximity with low level counters in the new stand. Steward assistance on request.
