Harry pens new two-and-a-half-year deal

Crewe Alexandra have signed defender Harry Davis to a new two-and-a-half-year deal running until 2017.

The 23-year-old's contract was due to be up in the summer, but manager Steve Davis has moved to tie Harry down for the next two seasons.

Davis graduated through the Alex's youth academy and broke into the first team in 2009/10, making his first appearance on the final day of the season.

Since then he has gone on to make over 140 appearances for the Club and has been stand-in captain this season in the absence of Matt Tootle.
