Supporter earns spot in squad after winning Sky Bet Transfer Fund draw

Micky Jennings has become Crewe Alexandra’s first signing of the 2015 January Transfer Window after winning the competition to earn a place in Steve Davis’ first team squad by collecting tokens for the Club in the Sky Bet Transfer Fund.

Jennings has put pen-to-paper on a six-month deal and was over the moon to have signed terms with his local Club.

Part one of the Sky Bet Transfer Fund ran from August 2014 until December 2014, with Nottingham Forest the lucky Club scooping the £250,000 windfall and their winning fan, Shaun Lander, landing a hefty £5,000 for himself too.
