Alex boss and players help officially open local property management company

Given the rapid growth in our property sales operations, when we knew we would need to move we wanted to be amongst the more professional businesses on Nantwich Road.”

The company is also making a name for itself in selling residential property too, and this was a factor in the location of the new office, as General Manager Sarah Lillico explained: "Our pro-active approach and high standards of customer care, which made us market leaders in lettings, have gone down very well with home owners looking to sell their properties.

“We have pioneered the concept of landlords selling properties with their tenants in situ. It makes them more attractive to buying investors, and landlords carry on earning rent until the day the sale completes, so it's a win-win".

The company Sales and Investments Manager Paul Rowley said: "We have a database of 40,000 potential investors, and many of them are specifically targeting South Cheshire as a good place to have buy to let properties.

“This is the third shop we have had in Crewe. Our continued success means that we keep outgrowing our surroundings, and we are very grateful to the people of South Cheshire who have embraced our new approach to selling and renting out property, and fuelled our rapid growth".

Martin & Co Director Shaun Cafferty thanked the Club for their support: "We are thrilled that Steve and some of the players were able to come down and officially open our new office. We have worked with Crewe Alexandra for a long time, finding accommodation for new and loan signings and we now count several former Alex players amongst our landlords.

The new office houses property management and accounts staff, so landlords and tenants can pop in and discuss any maintenance or rent queries face to face. There is also a large browsing area where potential buyers and tenants can have a good look at the many properties on offer. A new feature is the Property Investment Centre, where current and prospective landlords can assess the performance of their property investments and discuss their future plans.

It is the third shop that the expanding property management company have opened in Crewe and with a database of over 40,000 potential investors the South Cheshire region is continuing to be a growth area for property and buy-to-let.
