Alex Fan Ben Needs Your Help

12 January 2015

Please if you can make a donation for one of our young fans...

Alex fans may well remember young Ben Baddeley, who was our very special guest of honour when Crewe Alexandra hosted Stevenage back in February 2011. Ben attended the game with his mum Amy and dad Gary after proving the doubters wrong!

Ben, who sadly suffers from cerebral palsy, was told that he would be confined to a wheelchair and would never walk again, but after spending the day here with us at the Alex, he proudly walked out with his favourite team!

Ben, 9, is pictured with Shaun Miller and Carl Martin before the kick-off against Stevenage.

Ben underwent a life-changing operation on his back to make that all possible and Crewe Alexandra’s wonderful supporters kindly donated towards that.

Ben’s parents are now looking to raise £500 to continue with their son’s necessary rehabilitation and physiotherapy work to enhance his improvement. Any donation to our young supporter’s justgiving page would be greatly appreciated and everyone at Crewe Alexandra wishes Ben and his family all the very best with their fundraising.
