Martin&Co Help Semi Settle In Crewe

2 December 2015

Club sponsor help Ajayi settle into South Cheshire

“We like our players to become settled in South Cheshire as quickly as possible and having the support at Martin & Co, a local growing company in Cheshire, can offer only helps us with that.”

Crewe boss Steve Davis said: “All the staff at Martin & Co are always extremely help to us when we are looking for local accommodation for our players. Things can happen very quickly in football and they are always on hand with advice to make sure that our new or young players do not have to stay in hotels for as long as necessary.

“We have pioneered the concept of landlords selling properties with their tenants in situ. It makes them more attractive to buying investors, and landlords carry on earning rent until the day the sale completes, so it's a win-win".

The company Sales and Investments Manager Paul Rowley said: "We have a database of 40,000 potential investors, and many of them are specifically targeting South Cheshire as a good place to have buy to let properties.

The office houses property management and accounts staff, so landlords and tenants can pop in and discuss any maintenance or rent queries face to face. There is also a large browsing area where potential buyers and tenants can have a good look at the many properties on offer. A new feature is the Property Investment Centre, where current and prospective landlords can assess the performance of their property investments and discuss their future plans.

Martin & Co’s office on Nantwich Road, Crewe is now the third shop that the expanding property management company have opened in Crewe and with a database of over 40,000 potential investors the South Cheshire region is continuing to be a growth area for property and buy-to-let.

One of the club’s sponsors Martin & Co helped our new loan signing Semi Ajayi settle into the Crewe area this week after finding him accommodation for the duration of his loan move from Cardiff. Ajayi made his debut for the club in the 1-0 win over Oldham and he will be with us until 5th January 2016.
