Jamie Ness is out of this weekend's game but has a chance for remaining two.
Jamie Ness has been ruled out of this weekend’s home game with Walsall with a calf strain but it is hoped that the on-loan Stoke City midfielder could still make an appearance before the end of the season. Ness missed the mid-week encounter at Peterborough after being forced off at the interval against Leyton Orient last Saturday.
Ness has been receiving treatment from Stoke City this week and it is hoped that the Scot will be able to enhance his rehab and beginning jogging again on Monday.
Steve Davis told the club’s official web-site: “Jamie has been receiving treatment at Stoke and we have had some encouraging news from them. He is expected to start jogging again on Monday and hopefully he will available for next weekend.
“If we can get Nessy back for the two games then that would be a real bonus for us. They will be two important games because nothing will be resolved this weekend. “
