Without Ray in the side, a 90th minute Lee Evans strike rescuing a 1-1 draw for the Welsh.
Haber's Canada ended a 16-game-winless streak in Toronto with a 3-1 friendly victory over Jamaica, Birmingham City's David Edgar scoring the pick of the goals for the Maples Leafs, whilst Marcus had to settle for a watching brief from the bench.
It wasn't such happy news for Liam Nolan, who watched from the bench as the Northern Ireland U21 side were brushed aside 4-1 by Serbia U21's in a friendly at Shamrock Park.
All three players will return to Crewe Alexandra tomorrow (Thursday) in time for Saturday's fixture with Port Vale.
