Winger joins former club on emergency loan

Crewe Alexandra's Lee Molyneux has left the club to join League Two side Accrington Stanley on an emergency 93-day loan deal.

The wide-man has started twice for the Alex this season but has failed to nail down a regular spot in Steve Davis' side & has now been allowed to link up with his former club.

Molyneux joined Crewe from Stanley in summer 2013 before moving back to the Crown Ground last season, scoring six goals in 17 appearances to help keep the club in the Football League before returning to the Alex in the summer to fight for a place in the team.

Despite starting the matches in August at home to Rochdale and away to Swindon, Lee has been allowed to depart the Alexandra Stadium.
