Marcus Haber comes on for Canada but they lose to Rodriguez strike

Crewe Alexandra striker Marcus Haber won his 11th cap for Canada when coming on as a substitute against Colombia last night.

Haber was given just over half an hour in New Jersey replacing Nik Ledgerwood in their 1-0 defeat. Colombia's World Cup star James Rodriguez scored the winning goal with a strike from long distance.

Haber is expected to return to the United Kingdom in readiness to train again on Friday ahead of our fixture at Walsall the following day.

Young midfielder James Jones is also set to resume training today after being away on International duty for Scotland Under-19s.
