Crewe hoping to have trio available

Crewe Alexandra boss Steve Davis will check on midfielder Anthony Grant, Marcus Haber and Brad Inman ahead of the visit of Sheffield United tomorrow. Grant has been struggling with illness, but he is expected to train today.

Marcus Haber, the goal scorer on Tuesday night has suffered some knocks from the clash with Peterborough and didn’t train yesterday. Bran Inman has a slight knock on his ankle and didn’t train yesterday as a precaution.

Febian Brandy suffered a nasty cut on is hand on Tuesday night, but he is expected to be given the all clear.

 Crewe are definitely without Liam Nolan (ankle ligaments) and Ryan Colclough, who is continuing his rehab from a hernia and hip problem.
