Inman, Osman and Ray amongst those on the comeback trail

Steve Davis says that the options in his squad are continuing to improve with the news that Brad Inman, Abdul Osman and AJ Leitch-Smith have all made a successful return to training. George Ray is expected to feature for the club’s Under-21s this evening and striker Uche Ikpeazu came through Saturday’s game at Peterborough United after replacing Cameron Park with 16 minutes remaining.

Billy Waters stepped in for Inman at Peterborough to make his full debut.  Inman is back in contention for tomorrow night’s clash at Walsall after overcoming the hip injury that forced him off against Swindon.

Osman (foot) is also back in training and will offer cover and competition to George Evans and Anthony Grant.

Ikpeazu may be given some minutes against Leeds United’s Under-21s this evening at Gresty Road after successfully returning from an ankle injury and dead leg.
