Crewe Sign Boro's Cameron Park

Scotland Under-21 left winger joins on one-month loan deal

Crewe Alexandra is delighted to announce the signing of the Middlesborough winger Cameron Park on a one-month loan. The 21-year-old will wear the number 31 shirt and will be in contention to start against Swindon Town this weekend.

Cameron is a quick and skilful left winger but he has played in various forward positions for the Teesside club.

Park came through the renowned Middlesborough Academy set-up and marked his first-team debut against Bristol City back in January 2011. He won a penalty in a 4-0 win over the Bristol club.

He scored his first senior goal against Gillingham in a League Cup tie in August 2012 and has made six appearances for the Championship side.

Cameron also spent a time on loan at Barnsley in 2011 but an untimely illness restricted his appearances to just three at Oakwell.

His form at youth level has seen him become a regular for Middlesborough’s development squad and although he was a former England Youth International he has since been capped at Under-21 level by Scotland.
