Today marks the 100th anniversary of the start of Great Britain's Involvement In The Great War
Today marks the 100th anniversary of the day Great Britain declared war on Germany. Great Britain entered World War I on August, 4th 1914. An estimated 37 million people were killed over the next four years.To commemorate the centenary of the outbreak of the Great War, many will be conducting a black out at 10pm.
