Match called-off due to international call-ups

Crewe Alexandra vs Notts County scheduled for Saturday 6th September at the Alexandra Stadium has been called off due to international call-ups.

The Alex have had a request to have the game postponed accepted by the Football League after a number of players were selected by their respective countries, activating the Football League's three player ruling.

Marcus Haber has been selected by the Canadian National side for their Toronto training camp and friendly with Jamaica, meaning he will also miss the JPT First Round clash with Rochdale.

Liam Nolan has been called-up for Northern Ireland U21's home tie with Serbia, whilst George Ray will travel for Wales U21's European Championship qualifiers in Finland and Lithuania. Billy Waters is also on stand-by for the Welsh U21 double-header.

An announcement will be made in due course for the new date of the fixture.
