By Car

If you are traveling to Oakwell on the motorway leave the M1 at Junction 37 and take the A628 towards Barnsley.

Stay on this road, following the signs, and you will see the ground on your right.

Match Day Parking

There are car parks located at the ground. Close by Oakwell is the Metrodome Leisure Centre where there is a car park for visiting supporters, called Queens Ground,which costs £4 Cars, £8 Mini Buses and £15 Coaches

Train

Barnsley railway station is five to ten minute walk from the stadium. This station is served by trains running between Sheffield and Leeds.

From the train station turn right towards the traffic light, then turn left and walk towards the flyover. Go under the bridge and turn left up Grove Street. The ground is at the bottom of the hill.

Places to Drink

The Metrodome is about a 5 minute walk away from the Stadium or the East Dene Working Men’s Club on Doncaster Road is happy to admit visiting supporters.
