He is keen to promote young players and like us he has had to cope with losing a few. They lost Paterson and Grigg in the summer and they are good players. Dean coached the young players there and he puts his trust in them.


 


“They are similar to us in that respect and you have to keep rebuilding. In the respect they are a model for us because their budget will be similar to ours and they work within limited resources.
