Byron Moore hits consistent form at just the right time

Byron Moore scored his first goal of the season away at Preston at the weekend and boss Steve Davis says he is delighted that his talented winger has come into some really consistent form. Moore has excelled over the last month and Davis is hoping that his opening goal at Deepdale will be a spring board to really show his obvious potential.

Steve told crewealex.net: “We spoke to Byron a few weeks ago and had a chat about what he needs to do to improve and set him some levels at what he should be at. He is a frustrating lad because he is a very talented player and we all know he can be better.

“Over the last few games he has really shown that and hat has been a big bonus for us. I don’t really know if the penny has dropped with him but we want to push him to be better so he can go on and play at the level we think he can. “
