Alex forward Max Clayton scores equaliser for young lions

Crewe Alexandra forward Max Clayton scored a 38th minute equaliser for England's Under-19 as Noel Blake's ten men drew 1-1 with Georgia in their first UEFA Elite qualifier in Belgium.Getting a result became a tough task after goalkeeper Jordan Pickford was sent-off after just 7 minutes for preventing an obvious goalscoring opportunity. Clayton's equaliser in the Breeverstadion cancelled out Georgia's opening goal which stemmed from the free-kick conceded by Pickford.

Max played 73 minutes of the 1-1 draw before being replaced by Adam Campbell.
