Ellington scores again as Crewe draw

Nathan Ellington was on the mark for the fourth time in as many games as Crewe Alexandra U21’s recorded a 1-1 draw with their Birmingham City counterparts this afternoon.

Former Manchester United youngster Ravel Morison gave Birmingham the lead midway through the first-half, but the former Wigan forward Ellington brought Crewe level on 64 minutes.

The likes of Max Clayton, Kelvin Mellor, Ryan Colclough and Alan Martin all got a run-out for the Alex in the game.
