Steve Davis says new signings Audel and Oliver have settled in nicely
Steve Davis says he has been impressed with the club’s two new signings Vadaine Oliver and Thierry Audel during their first week of training.
The Crewe Alexandra manager added the former Lincoln City striker and Macclesfield defender to his squad and is delighted to have them here to participate in the club’s pre-season trip to Cornwall next week.
Steve told the club’s official web-site: “Vadaine is certainly not short on confidence. He is a bright lad and wants to do well. He is an ambitious lad and is eager to impress. He is only 20, is tall and offers something different.
“He is learning how to play here and is trying to impress and will be given an opportunity during the pre-season.
“Thierry is all about power and pace. He is great strength and will be a good addition to the squad. We have signed another full-back because of the contract situation regarding a few of our defenders next summer. He will be looking to make an impact.
