Oliver still touch and go with groin strain

The club’s summer signing from Lincoln City Vadaine Oliver is still struggling with a sore groin and is unlikely to feature in this Friday’s pre-season friendly match against Aston Villa. Oliver aggravated the muscle during the 4-1 win over Nantwich Town – a match in which Oliver scored a second half hat-trick.

The returning AJ Leitch-Smith, Harry Davis and Gregor Robertson all played this week either at Chester or Stafford Rangers.
