Next up Easter Bingo in March!
Steve Phillips’s charity fund raising got off to a real flier last Saturday night when over 300 people attended the official launch night in the Carlsberg Lounge at the Alexandra Stadium. The entertainment was top notch and the auction alone helped raise close to £1,200.
Overall, the fantastic start to Steve’s fund raising for the Caudwell Children and Leukaemia Research collected close to £4,000!
Steve was understandably delighted with opening night: “I can only thank all those people who attended the night, made a donation or helped organise. I cannot do anything on my own and there were loads of people who gave up their time and effort to make it a success.
“I can only thank all those people and Crewe fans, who despite the weather came out to support the two charities and the acts, who were brilliant on the night. I hope everyone had a good night, I’m sure they did and the reaction we have had on Twitter and on the internet has been superb. I’m glad everyone had a good night.
