Brad Inman expected to be recalled after being rested
Crewe Alexandra’s loanee midfielder Bradden Inman is likely to be recalled to the starting line-up for Saturday’s trip to Leyton Orient. Inman was rested against Stevenage and his replacement Chuks Aneke came into the side to open the scoring in our 2-1 defeat.
Inman, on loan from Newcastle United, replaced him late on against Stevenage but couldn’t help Crewe find an equaliser on this occasion. Inman recently extend his loan spell at Crewe to take him through to 11th February.
Steve Davis told the club’s official web-site: “I chose to rest Brad on Saturday because he was tired. He is not used to playing a succession of games in a short period of time. I just felt he needed a rest after the Carlisle game and I bought Chuks back in.
“Brad has had a rest and will come back into my thinking.”
