Defender signs new deal after impressive start to League One
Harry Davis has followed his Alex team-mate Matt Tootle by penning a new contract this afternoon. Davis has also signed a new and improved deal taking him through to the summer of 2015.
Davis, 21, has made 84 appearances in all competitions, scoring five goals. After graduating through the Academy system at the club, Davis established himself as part of the first-team last season, playing at left-back in the Play-off Final at Wembley.
Having switched to centre-half for the 2012/13 season, he has missed just one game this season against Leyton Orient and has also shown his ability at penalties and free-kicks.
Davis is the third Crewe player to sign a new deal recently, with young winger Ryan Colclough also signing a new deal along with Tootle.
