Johnstone's have been a fanstastic sponsor of the Football League Trophy and want fans to get involved
Representing your club is all part of being a fan. You’ve already got the woolly hat for winter match days, the scarf, even the pennant that hangs from your rear view mirror.
Displaying team colours? Been there, done that, got the t-shirts (both home and away!).
Football fanatics can now take their club support to the next level by taking advantage of 48 shades of paint developed by Johnstone’s, which just happen to match every club colour competing in this season’s trophy.
Each shade has been perfectly captured and can now be bought by the can-load, whether it’s for the living room, kitchen, or even the downstairs toilet.
Johnstone’s Paint Trophy sponsorship manager Megan Esmond said: “We know that club colours mean everything to the fans and community they represent, that’s why we invest time into getting these 48 shades of paint absolutely perfect.
“With York City and Fleetwood Town joining us for the first time, not to mention Coventry City, Doncaster Rovers and Portsmouth, we’ve been working overtime to get our colour cards in order for the big kick off.
“We can now confidently claim to have the exact match for every single shade of shirt, with all paint being stocked at our network of decorating centres, which can be found online at www.paint247.co.uk or by downloading our new Johnstone’s Decorating Centre app.
Megan also invited fans to take pictures of their refurbished rooms and post them on the trophy’s Facebook and Twitter pages, which will be populated with more news and views than ever before.
She added: “We’d love it if supporters can send us some shots of their decorating skills too, after liking our official Facebook page and following us through www.twitter.com/johnstonespaint.”
Available in a range of colours from AFC Bournemouth to York City, the paint can be purchased from your nearest Johnstone’s Paint Decorating Centre.
