Aneke set for full debut but in what role?

Chuks Aneke is set to make his first start for the club at Stevenage this weekend but Steve Davis says he may use the on-loan youngster off the front man. Davis has had to have a re-think in relation to his midfield places following the unfortunate injury to Harry Bunn. The Manchester City youngster suffered a quite horrific knee injury in the 0-0 draw with Tranmere and won’t play again this season.

Steve told the club’s official web-site: “Chuks will be involved and his flexibility to play in various positions gives us food for thought. He can play right across the midfield or off the front man.

“We don’t play a rigid four in midfield anyway, it is very flexible and there is plenty of movement. We could also play Toots there as well, so we have one or two options now that Harry (Bunn) is out.”
