Steve told crewealex.net: “The players deserve great credit for the year we have had but I am one who always looks forward and wants to improve. We have a young squad here and I want them to be like that as well.
“I don’t want them to be content in what they have achieved so far. There is more to come from them and I don’t want us to be a struggling League One club. I want them to rise to challenges and keep stepping up as professional footballers and be as good as they can be.”
