Aneke extended his stay until 21
Steve told crewealex.net: “We were keen to extend Chuks’ stay with us because he does offer us something different. He is a creative player in the final third of the pitch and can play a telling pass.
“He showed that again against Bury at the weekend when he played Brad (Inman) in. I just felt I needed someone to do more off the ball and perhaps run at the opposition a bit more.
“Chuks has done well for us and has a good period now of playing games and settling in. He is still only 19 and I’m sure there is more to come from him. It is his first real taste of regular football and he is learning all the time.
“He is one who does find it hard to play Saturday-Tuesday-Saturday and needs a rest sometimes, but I’m sure he will again have a big impact for us over the month.”
