Overall Objective: To have responsibility for the organisation, management and delivery of the Club’s Education Programme. To be responsible for the planning, delivery and monitoring of the club Academy Education programmes, ensuring Sporting Excellence Professional (SEP) Apprentices are progressing appropriately and Academy Schoolboys are supported with their education programmes, ensuring that appropriate welfare is upheld at all times. Also, that the Academy Education programmes meet the requirements of League Football Education (LFE), the EFL Youth Development Rules 188-204, and that practice is stretched and challenged in line with the Professional Game Academy Audit Company (PGAAC) Education Standards. Responsible for working with others in the academy to support a life enriching experience for all academy players throughout their journey. |

Job Description |

Main Duties:
· Liaise with College staff to ensure compensatory education is arranged on a weekly basis for any player who is absent from scheduled lessons. · Liaise with SEP Coordinator, A Level, BTEC, Functional Skills and ALS tutors on a regular basis to ensure apprentices are progressing appropriately. · Oversee and maintain effective classroom provision and to ensure that excellent standards are set in classroom management and player behaviour for all parties responsible for delivering educational sessions for the players. · Attend and support all Apprenticeship education sessions/classes (AL/SEP/BTEC/FSs Skills when necessary) in order to create a clear visual relationship between stakeholders and the club. · Present and work with Academy Players on club expectations and conduct for when players are attending education classes and workshops, ensuring high standards of behaviour are adhered to.
· Liaise with club staff to coordinate completion of the LFE Apprentice Progress Review club contributory section, in line with the appropriate LFE guidance. · Oversee timely completion of the Club Induction with Apprentices, ensuring appropriate quality standards are adhered to. · Attend LFE facilitated Programme Review Meetings with stakeholders and LFE Regional Officer. Inform Academy management of outcomes and carry out any actions in a timely manner. · Be a member of the Academy Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) and attend all MDT meetings feeding back any educational related issues and updating on Performance Target progress · Write the club Education Philosophy and complete the Education section of the Academy Performance Plan.
· If applicable, regarding any Hybrid or Full Time Training Model, liaise with LFE to ensure the appropriate EFL Youth Development Rules are being met with sufficient quality of provision, and as a result of any such programme, ensure that there is no detrimental effect on any Schoolboy’s academic progression.
· Procure and manage teaching resources and equipment as required in liaison with LFE where appropriate, including appropriate use of LFE’s Education Support Fund each season.

Essential · Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) · Be qualified to, at least, Degree level in Sports related discipline. · Hold a recognised teaching qualification such as PGCE, Certificate of Education or equivalent. Overall Objective: Assist the Academy Sports Science & Medicine Department making sure the department meets all EPPP requirements as outlined in the EPPP Sports Science and Medicine Strategy. Lead the implementation of the Academy Medicine programme that focuses on the rehabilitation and the injury prevention of all U18’s squad. Work with the club Physiotherapy department to perform testing for all the Professional Development Phase and Youth Development Phase Players. |

Main Duties:
· Report daily to the Lead Academy Physiotherapist and contribute to the formal monthly departmental meetings and informal weekly meetings. · Planning and leading the implementation of rehabilitation for all u18’s players. · Work alongside the Lead Academy Physiotherapist with the planning and implementation of rehabilitation for the Youth Development Phase and Foundation Phase Players · Planning the implementation of individual group testing / screening sessions for all u18 players · Lead the planning and implementation of the injury prevention for all u18 players · Work with u18 head coach and Academy Sports Scientist with regards to training load planning · Work in collaboration with the Head Sports Science and Medicine and other club Sport Science staff to provide specific physical development training sessions for u18’s players · Liaise with the club Nutritionist to aid planning and implementation of academy nutritional strategy for all u18’s players · Liaise with the club Psychologist to aid planning and implementation of academy psychology strategy for all u18’s players · Contribute to weekly CPD within the Academy Sports Science & Medicine department · Lead the match-day Physiotherapy provision for the u18’s squad and work alongside the Lead Academy Physiotherapist with academy training sessions & weekend fixtures · Record all data and online medical notes onto the PMA & Benchmark systems in line with the EPPP requirements |

· BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy · HCPC Registration · Full member of the CSP · Valid ATMiFF (or be willing to undertake ATMiFF as soon as possible) · Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills · Excellent organisation skills and the ability to accurately manage data · Able to be flexible with their working week to cope with the demands of the role · Full UK driving license · Previous MSK experience, ideally in a sporting setting
Desirable
· Previous experience of EPPP and PMA data input · Evidence of working with youth elite athletic development · Experience of working within a professional football environment

Crewe Alexandra are looking to employ Match Day & Function Event Stewards for the 2021/22 Season.
The club are also recruiting for Gate people to help support the matchday staff.
You must be SIA trained and be NVQ Level 2 qualified in Spectator Safety.
The ideal candidate should be a good communicator, approachable, friendly, and able to work as part of a team.

Matchday steward application form

Crewe Alexandra have opportunities open for individuals to join the Club's Matchday Kiosk Bar staff.
The roles will involve working in the Club's tea bars on match days, collecting orders or serving customers & operating the till.
The required candidates must be aged 16+, in further education (College/University), be able to think on their feet & be proactive members of the team. Previous till & shop work is advantageous.
There are also Tea Bar Senior Team Leader roles available. Previous till experience is essential, an NVQ Level 1 in Food & Beverage Service or Food Hygiene is advantageous.

Crewe Alexandra have opportunities open for individuals to join the Club's Bar & Hospitality staff.
Applicants should be available to work home match days during the 2022/23 season, as well as on an ad-hoc basis for functions and events held at Mornflake Stadium, often Friday & Saturday evenings.
