Railtrack Signals Lounge

This is our largest Suite, housed under the 'Air Products Stand'. The Suite is approximately 40m x 12½m and is ideally suited to the larger party of up to 300. However, this Suite can be screened down to accommodate the smaller party of approximately 140 guests. The room comprises of up to 25 circular tables which ideally seat 8-10 comfortably. This Suite is wheelchair accessible.

Alexandra Suite

This Suite was refurbished in 2005 and can be found adjacent to the Blue Bell BMW Stand (the side of the ground closest to Nantwich Road) and is ideally suited for 150 guests (100 seated at rectangulartables in the Main Room and 50 at circular tables in the Bar area/Lounge). This Suite is also wheelchair accessible, although the toilets are a short distance away.

Kindertons Lounge

This is a light airy first floor room, which overlooks the football pitch, and is ideally suited for the smaller party of upto 50 people. This Suite has a limited stocked bar. The Executive Suite does not have a dance floor, however an area for a disco can be arranged. We are also developing this Suite into a Museum of Crewe Alexandra FC memorabilia, which could provide a novel touch to your event!

Board Room

This room is situated adjacent to the Railtrack Suite and would be ideal should you wish to organise your Board Meeting away from the office or perhaps a small training session / away day.Ideally suited for upto 16 people.

Guest Room

The smallest of our rooms once again ideally suited for the smaller meetings of upto 10 people and is situated across the corridor from the Board Room.

If you are organising one of the larger events you may wish to utilise the Board Room and the Guest room as extra workgroup areas or if a confidential area is needed for your event, these prove to be very popular.

Alexandra Stadium Information

Licensing hours :Sunday-Wednesday 11.00pm

                                Thursday-Saturday 12.00 Midnight

(Last orders called approximately 15 mins before the aforementioned times.)

Entertainment: Our Resident DJ is 'Reflections'. All music must cease by 00.10am.

Decorations: There are no decorations supplied with the rooms. Only blutac must be used if anything needs to be put onto the walls.Candles are not permitted.

Set Up Time: Evening Events from 5.00pm. Daytime Events will be arranged at the time of booking.

Catering: A Menu can be provided upon request. Should you not wish to use our catering food must only brought onto the premises 4 hours maximum before consumption.

Breakages: All breakages and damage to be paid for at the discretion of the Management.

How to Book

If you wish to check availability or provisionally book any of the Suites, please contact Sarah Piotrowicz on 01270 213014 ext 110 or email spiotrowicz@crewealex.net. To confirm the reservation we would require a completed booking form together with a deposit equating to half the room hire. Deposits are non refundable.

Payment

Payment can be made by Credit/Debit Card, Cheques or cash. The final balance is due 1 week prior to the event.

CREWE ALEXANDRA FC RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY FUNCTION SHOULD A HOME FIXTURE HAVE TO BE RESCHEDULED OR IF ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE FINAL BALANCE HAVE NOT BEEN MADE.
