Licensing hours :Sunday-Wednesday 11.00pm
Thursday-Saturday 12.00 Midnight
(Last orders called approximately 15 mins before the aforementioned times.)
Entertainment: Our Resident DJ is available on request. All music must cease by midnight.
Decorations: There are no decorations supplied with the rooms. Only blutac must be used if anything needs to be put onto the walls. Candles are not permitted.
Set Up Time: Evening Events from 5.00pm. Daytime Events will be arranged at the time of booking.
Catering: A Menu can be provided upon request. Should you not wish to use our catering food must only brought onto the premises 4 hours maximum before consumption.
Breakages: All breakages and damage to be paid for at the discretion of the Management.

Extras

How to Book
If you wish to check availability or provisionally book any of the Suites, please contact Sarah Piotrowicz on 01270 213014 ext 110 or email spiotrowicz@crewealex.net. To confirm the reservation we would require a completed booking form together with a deposit equating to half the room hire. Deposits are non refundable.
Payment
Payment can be made by Credit/Debit Card, Cheques or cash. The final balance is due 1 week prior to the event.
CREWE ALEXANDRA FC RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY FUNCTION SHOULD A HOME FIXTURE HAVE TO BE RESCHEDULED OR IF ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE FINAL BALANCE HAVE NOT BEEN MADE.
