Shaun Miller is hoping that our forthcoming home games against Barnet this weekend and then Grimsby Town a few days later, will see us pick up six much-needed points. With the possible return of leading goalscorer Calvin Zola this weekend, the in-form Miller is hoping he will get the nod to start again against Barnet. His late equaliser at Lincoln on Saturday has certainly not harmed his chances of partnering the Congolese target man if he has fully recovered from his recent hamstring strain.

Dario has also decalred that if his leading goalscorer is fit then he start at Gresty road this weekend.

Miller has recently got goals against Torquay, Burton Albion and Lincoln and is hoping to finish the season with a goal flourish. The Alsager based youngster, who now has five goals for the season is still hopeful that Crewe can go on a unbeaten run and gatecrash the top 7 towards the end of the season. He knows that our home form has been disappointing and has made it hard for us to mount a serious promotion challenge but there is still time to make a mark on League Two.

Shaun told crewealex.net: "Our home form has been nowhere near as consistent as it should be. We haven't picked up enough home wins. Our away record holds up with the best teams in the league.

"We don't really know the reason for that. Maybe teams sit back a bit more when they come to Crewe but we don't change the way we approach the game. We always try and go there and create chances.

"We have some decent games coming up, especially at home, so we will be looking to collect some points from those and see where that takes us. There are a few teams ahead of us in the table but we are capable of going on a run. We have just got to prove it.

"All we can do is go there and try and win as many games as we can and see where that can take us."
