Crewe born, AJ Leitch-Smith has been with Crewe Alexandra since he was seven and has progressed through the ranks of our renowned Academy.
AJ was offered his first professional contract in the summer of 2008 after a successful two year scholarship.
Although yet to make his first team team, he was offered a contract extension in the summer of 2008, and spent four months on loan with IBV in Iceland over the summer of 2009. During his time there he scored a commendable five goals in 17 appearances.
Made his first team debut against Bury in September 2009.
