Prolific young goal scorer, who has been with the club since the age of 7, and whom signed his first professional contract with the club in June 2006.
The locally based forward has been a regular goal getter at all age groups, but was unfortunate to suffer a broken leg just as he embarked upon his scholarship in 2004. After a long battle back from injury however, Miller began to find the net again, and also added a creative side to his game playing as the wide man in a front three.
Miller marked his senior debut as a sub in the FA Cup defeat at Bradford back in November 2006 - but his full debut saw him score away at Blackpool. He followed that up with further goals at Chesterfield and on the final home game of the season against Tranmere Rovers that season.
2007/2008, he started as a regular in the side, but was soon pushed to the bench as the management brought in loan players as a replacement for the injured Maynard. As the season reached its climax though, his inclusion was stifled with an injury to his ankle.
Miller has forced his way back into the first-team picture in the later stages of 2008, and amongst his goals last season was a superb brace against Carlisle in the FA Cup and the winner against Swindon. With the departure of Tom Pope in the Summer, Shaun will be battling out for a place in the side, and with his ability on the wing will be pushing for more involvement this year.
