Barnet boss Ian Hendon is ready to dump his misfiring players after a woeful home defeat left the Bees without a win in seven games. Joel Grant put the visitors ahead before Dean Sinclair levelled just before half time.
But Clayton Donaldson capitalised on some poor defending to grab the points and Hendon blasted: "The players need to realise they can't keep making mistakes, they are killing us.
"The players are not taking on board when they are being told and if that carries on we will do something about it."
Donaldson now has four goals to his name this season but caretaker boss Dario Gradi said: "There is still room for improvement with him."

Barnet are putting the festive period on hold until their dismal form improves. Skipper Micah Hyde declared he wanted talk of Christmas parties banned following the dire midweek FA Cup KO by Accrington.
Sinclair pulled Barnet level, after Joel Grant's opener. But Clayton Donaldson's neat finish sealed it for the visitors.

Dario Gradi, the Crewe manager with a reputation for producing young talent, has a tip for the top. Gradi saw Joel Grant score their opening goal and said: "He should be aiming to play in the Championship manager, I would be looking at him because he has something that causes defences problems. The only thing he needs is a consistent end product. There is room for improvement but there is room for improvement in all of them."

After winning the uphill battle at Underhill, is Crewe's campaign on the upward curve?
The evidence is good as Dario Gradi has strung together a five-game unbeaten run, with an 11-point haul, which eclipses the only other level of consistency seen this term.
Axed boss Gudjon Thordarson managed three straight wins in August, but the quality of the opposition, arguably, was not as strong.
Victories against Burton, Chesterfield and now Barnet look better on paper than those previous successes against Grimsby, Darlington and Hereford.
