Dario Gradi has been placed on the shortlist for November's League One manager of the month award.
The Football League's longest serving boss is one of four managers who could scoop the award when it's announced on Sky Sports News on Thursday.
Crewe enjoyed an unbeaten league campaign during the month of November, defeating Port Vale 2-1 in the derby at Gresty Road and thumping Brentford 4-0 at Griffin Park, whilst drawing 2-2 with Chesterfield. To make the month more impressive, the Alex managed to achieve that feat despite missing numerous key players due to injury.
Dario faces competition from Oldham Athletic's John Sheridan, Tranmere Rovers Ronnie Moore and Nottingham Forest boss Colin Calderwood for the award.
