Crewe Alexandra manager Dario Gradi has been handed a double-boost ahead of Saturday's clash with Carlisle United.
Dario was without Michael O'Connor, Jon Otsemobor and Rodney Jack for Tuesday evenings 2-1 defeat at Swansea City at the weekend, and whilst Jack is still around a week away from a return, Otsemobor and O'Connor are both expected to come back into the team to face Carlisle United at Gresty Road on Saturday.
Defender Otsemobor missed the trip to the Liberty Stadium with a thigh strain suffered at Yeovil Town last weekend, whilst O'Connor picked up a knee injury in the same game, but both have trained this week and should return to the Alex side presuming they have no further problems in training on Friday morning.
"I'm expecting them both to be fit," Dario told Crewe Alex World in his pre-match Press Conference
"They will both come back into the team if they are."
The return of the duo is likely to see Darren Moss and Ben Rix drop back out of the side, after they both made their first league starts of the season on Tuesday evening.
"If thought both of them did fine," Dario admitted
"They didn't let us down, but neither did they push us forward. I think Jon and Michael are more likely to do that which is why they will come back into the team."
