Youngsters Play Part In England Fightback

Crewe Alexandra's Max Clayton and Nick Powell both played their part in England's Under-17 spirited comeback against Turkey. Both Crewe starlets started the game at Sincil Bank, Lincoln with goalkeeper Ben Garratt named on the bench for his first call-up at International level.

Powell played the full 90 minutes of the 2-2 draw with Clayton withdawn after 64 minutes for Jake Caskey.

England found themselves 2-0 down at half-time but came out for the second half to score twice in three minutes through Hope and Regan.

England now face Australia at Blundell Park, Grimsby on Friday evening.
