Crewe Alexandra have taken on two under 18's on professional deals, striker Alex Titchiner and defender Matt Tootle.

The two boys had impressive years throughout their two year scholarship and were rewarded at the end with a one year deal as a professional.

Matt 18, joined the Alex when he was 12 and is a versatile player who can play at either full back or in midfield. Alex, also 18, joined when he was 14 and is a quick paced attacking player.

We would like to wish both boys all the best for next year and congratulate them for signing their first professional contracts.
