Crewe Alexandra will give a fitness test to James Bailey this afternoon after the midfielder was involved in a car accident yesterday morning. Despite his car being a total write off, Bailey escaped with a cut on his forearm.

The midfielder was clearly shaken up when reporting to training yesterday, and the physio's will give him a final check over this afternoon before deciding if he is both physically and mentally right to travel to Anfield.
