Dario told crewealex.net: "It wasn't a good afternoon for us but the boys stuck at it without really showing the same quality that they did. Their front two gave our centre-halves a problem all afternoon and we didn't defend particularly well against them.

"We have to defend better than that but you can see why they have the goals they have this season. I thought they were very good and were dangerous all afternoon.

"The circumstances didn't go for us either with the injury with Calvin (Zola) happening so early and the players certainly thought we should have had a penalty. I was at ground level and couldn't really see, but they have said it should have been. So be it, that sums up our luck at the moment.

"Then we score an own goal inside 60 seconds of the second half. I was surprised Matt (Tootle) did that. It is unlike him but he is a calm lad and didn't crumble. There are more who suffer with nerves than him.

"Perhaps he needs a rest now because it is not easy going into the team and doing what he has done. He has had a great season so far and has done very well. I will consider giving him a rest during the week.

"We have got to weather the storm a little because our results have been poor of late. The performances haven't always been poor to match the results but we will have to regroup and be ready for Friday night at Burton."
