A fine strike from Chris O'Grady and an unfortunate own goal from Crewe left-back Matt Tootle saw the current league leaders Rochdale get back to winning ways.

Crewe had a few chances and really should have been awarded a spot-kick after Craig Dawson tripped Byron Moore when he was in on goal.
