Crewe Alexandra Ltd owns 60% of the shares of Crewe Alexandra Football Club Ltd, of which N. Hassall (as beneficial owner of Norman Hassall Ltd) controls 32% of thr shares and D Potts holds 23 % of the shares.

The Rowlinson Group which is owned by RJ Rowlinson owns 25% of the shares of Crewe Alexandra Football Club Ltd.
