Assistant Academy Manager

Along with Neil Critchley, shares the responsibilities for the overall development of our young footballers at all age groups.

PHIL SWIFT

Academy Recruitment Officer

Responsible for running the administration side of the Academy as well as overall recruitment and scouting.

Paul Anthrobus

Education & Welfare Officer / Head of Academy Administration

Responsible for the overall well-being of our youngsters at all age groups. Also looks after the educational developments of our First and Second Year Scholars.

ANDY FRANKS

Sports Science

Heads the Sports Science team at the Academy. Responsible for the fitness and training of all our youngsters devising the physical training sessions.

Nick Oakley

Physiotherapist

In charge of the Academy's physiotherapy department. Responsible for the treatment of injuries to our players from the ages of 7-16 years of age
